Bertrand Castex, partner, advises and litigates on employment law matters for French and international clients in a wide range of sectors, including luxury goods, industry, insurance and the hotel and catering industry.

He assists companies with all issues relating to social organisation: collective relations (staff representation, negotiation of collective agreements), management of individual relations, and support for structural change.

He holds a Master’s degree in Employment Law and Industrial Relations (Université Paris Nanterre) and a Master’s degree in Company Law (Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas). He worked for several years in the employment law team of a UK law firm, before becoming a partner at Vivant Avocats.
