The firm was founded in 2024 by a team of six lawyers from Gide, led by Foulques de Rostolan, partner and co-head of Gide’s employment law department from 2012 to 2023. Lisa Chézé-Dartencet, Maxime Houlès, Francis Kessler and Yan-Eric Logeais are also partners. Gheorghe Big and Sarah Amoussou (associates) complete the growing team.
