Roxane Jourdin, associate, was sworn in in 2022.
Graduate of the Master II in Law and Practice of Employment and Labour Relations from the University of Paris-Panthéon Assas, Roxane completed her one-year apprenticeship with the law firm Flichy Grangé, which enabled her to gain initial experience in collective labour relations in particular. She was awarded the prize for best Master’s thesis, under the supervision of Professor Arnaud Martinon, on “Specific grounds for dismissal“.
She also won the 2020 edition of the Ellint Prize awarded by MGG Voltaire lawfirm (now MGG LEGAL) for her article on “La protection du salarié lanceur d’alerte” (“Protection of the whistle-blower employee”).
Roxane is passionate about foreign languages and holds a university degree in Civilisation and Common Law rights from the University Paris-Panthéon-Assas, as well as a diploma from the Institut de Management et de Communication Interculturels (ISIT) as a Lawyer-Linguist, in English and Spanish, which she puts to good use in her professional practice. She took part in the 2023 edition of Young European Lawyers, organised by ERA, the Academy of European Law and, among others, the Paris Bar Association, which brings together young lawyers to develop the European mindset in their professional practice. Roxane began her career as a sworn-in lawyer at Fidere, a law firm specializing in employment, labour and civil service law, after several years’ experience in employment and labour law, working in the Human Resources Department of the Air Liquide Group subsidiary Orkyn’, as well as in the dedicated employment and labour law departments of various law firms, notably Skadden Arps and CMS Francis Lefebvre.
She advises and litigates in all areas of employment and labour law, including individual and collective labour relations, global mobility and social security law for a diverse clientele, including in foreign languages.
Roxane is a lecturer in labour law at the Sorbonne Law School (University of Paris 1) and in employment, labourr and business law at ISIT in partnership with the University of Paris-Panthéon Assas. She also teaches legal English to students in the Master 2 Corporate Social Protection Law course.
