Roxane Jourdin, associate, was sworn in in 2022.
Graduating with a Master II in Labor Relations Law and Practice from the University of Paris-Panthéon Assas, Roxane completed her one-year apprenticeship with the law firm Flichy Grangé, which enabled her to gain initial experience in collective labor relations in particular. She was awarded the prize for best dissertation, under the supervision of Professor Arnaud Martinon, on “Specific reasons for dismissal“.
She also won the 2020 edition of the Ellint Prize awarded by MGG Voltaire (now MGGLEGAL) for her article on “La protection du salarié lanceur d’alerte” (“The protection of whistle-blowing employees”).
Passionate about foreign languages, Roxane holds a Diplôme d’Université Civilisation et droits de Common Law from the Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas, as well as a diploma from the Institut de Management et de Communication Interculturels (ISIT) as a Juriste-Linguiste, in English and Spanish, which she uses in her professional practice. She took part in the 2023 edition of Young European Lawyers, organized by ERA, the Academy of European Law and the Paris Bar, which brings together young lawyers to develop the European reflex in their professional practice.
Roxane began her career as a lawyer with Fidere, a law firm specializing in labor law and civil service law, after several years’ experience in labor law, working in the Human Resources Department of the Air Liquide Group subsidiary Orkyn’, and in the labor law departments of various law firms, notably Skadden Arps and CMS Francis Lefebvre.
She advises and litigates in all areas of employment law, including individual and collective labor relations, international mobility and social security for a diverse clientele, including in foreign languages.
Roxane is a lecturer in collective labor relations law at the Sorbonne Law School (University of Paris 1) and in labor and business law at ISIT in partnership with the University of Paris-Panthéon Assas. She also teaches legal English to students in the Master 2 Corporate Social Protection Law course.
