Francis Kessler, partner and scientific director of the firm, is involved in cases concerning basic social security systems, complementary social protection schemes, international labor and social security law, and the restructuring of social security schemes or social protection institutions.
He holds a doctorate in law and is a lecturer at the Sorbonne Law School (Paris I), where he is heading the Droit de la protection sociale d’entreprise post-graduate program.
Francis Kessler is author of the book Droit de la protection sociale (Dalloz) and co-author of the Guide de la mobilité des salariés (Editions RF). He has published numerous other books and articles, and has written an employment law column for the newspaper Le Monde since 1999.
He is also an expert for the European Union, notably in the European Center of Expertise in the field of labor law.
Francis Kessler was an associate at Moquet Borde, then senior counsel at Gide Loyrette Nouel from 2002 to 2023.
