Lisa Chézé-Dartencet advises and represents French and foreign companies in all aspects of labor & employment law, social protection law and professional immigration law, both as counsel and in litigation.

In particular, she assists them with issues relating to social dialogue, including collective bargaining, staff representative elections, information and consultation of works councils, as well as with labor issues linked to collective disputes. She has a specific expertise in the airline industry.

She is regularly involved in high-stakes strategic cases concerning health, safety and working conditions, as well as accusations of harassment (moral and sexual), discrimination, unequal treatment and sexist behavior, from the investigation stage through to possible litigation.

She has recently advised groups on their international executive mobility operations, as well as on complementary social protection schemes and savings schemes.

Lisa Chézé-Dartencet is a lecturer in the Droit social master program at the Sorbonne Law School (Paris I).

She holds a master’s degree of the Sorbonne Law School (Paris I), a post-graduate diploma in labor & employment law and a post-graduate diploma in social protection law.

She was an associate at Gide Loyrette Nouel from 2015 to 2024.
