Maxime Houlès advises French and international clients on all aspects of labor & employment law and social protection law, and assists them in their individual and collective litigation procedures before the civil and administrative courts.

He regularly advises corporate groups on the employment aspects of mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructuring operations, particularly cross-border ones. He also assists them in the management of their managers and employees, as well as in relations with staff representatives, within the framework of labor law cases with high technical and strategic stakes, particularly in the electricity and gas industries.

In litigation, he regularly represents companies in individual and collective labor disputes (notably relations with staff representative bodies, trade union law, electoral law), and in social protection law (notably social security contributions, work-related accidents and illnesses). He has also recently been involved in commercial proceedings concerning unfair competition, as well as administrative proceedings concerning protected employees.

He holds a master’s degree in labor law (2012) and a post-graduate diploma in social protection law (2013) from the Sorbonne Law School (Paris I).
